About Hardly Working
Hello! I’m Harjas. I was a Physics major at UChicago, and I’m interning at the Cook County Office of the Treasurer1. I write about philosophy, psychology, politics and policy, self-improvement, writing, and culture (i.e. everything else).
I also love being challenged and learning new things; if you have any feedback, messages, or questions for me, drop me a note here or leave me a comment on one of my posts—I’ll be happy to get back to you!
Also, all my posts are free and will be for the forseeable future.
If that sounds good to you, consider subscribing to Hardly Working. The moral calculus is simple: it costs you nothing, and gives me the warm fuzzies inside.
As a child, it was often unclear what I was up to on my computer. I could be doing homework, diving into a Wikipedia rabbit hole, playing videogames, etc.
My father would often ask me if I was working hard, or Hardly Working.
None of my thoughts and opinions represent them in any capacity—they’re mine and mine alone. Especially the stupid ones.
