I have absolutely no idea how to "win" at Substack, because I know my audience is pretty harshly bifurcated between the people I know from my professional career and the people who know me as a Notes personality. Maybe I should just cut loose and blog instead of writing all these stupid recap posts that bring me zero pleasure.
